Guest guest
The basic condition for raja yoga is that " The lord of a quadrant must be associated with the lord of a trine " Does this work if the lord of the quadrant and lord of trine are inimical to each other? Example: I have Cancer lagna - Jupiter and Saturn are lord of quadrant and trine respectively - they are together in the 3rd house (which is Kanya/Virgo) owned by Mercury (who in my case is the worst enemy of Jupiter and Jupiter is in Mercury's house). Is my Raja Yoga Strong or weak? (Jupiter and Saturn are within 1 degree of each other but are enemies in my chart in the 3rd house together)
Guest guest
*hare rama krsna* Dear Kiran, Namaskar There are many more additional rule for rajayoga to manifest. Surya and Moon are very important (surya's dispositor and moon's taresh). Dispositor of Raja Yoga should also be strong. There should not be other yogas which can block it (like raja inside of pravraja). Raja Yoga should be well placed from AL and argalas must say yes. Your example shows Raja Yoga, but Jupiter is very weak in third bhava (ninth bhava will be afflicted, especially because its now aspected also by Shani), so there should be other yogas to avert this dosha. 9L with Shani needs Ruby or Devi worship for fortune to manifest in native's life. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Namaste, > " The basic condition for raja yoga is that the lord of a quadrant must be associated with the lord of a trine " . The above rule shall not be applicable in the circumstances states below for the reason Sani is maarakaa for Cancer lagna; further by being posited in the 3rd house the maaraka sthaana it would inflect 'Gandam' instead of 'good yoga'. In addition to the above referred adverse effects,Guru associated with Sani would cause impediments to the extant it is capable . Regards, D.Sathiyanarayana Gupta. Guest guest
Namaste, For a Cancer Ascendant, a Jupiter and Saturn conjunction would constitute a Vipreet Raj Yoga since the lords of the 6th and 8th are conjunct in the 3rd - an upachaya house. Further, it depends on the placement of Mercury also - if it happens to be in the 05th house, then the evils of the 3rd and 12th house are removed leading to happinss. A Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in Virgo also leads to diabetes and sometimes holds the promise of the genius faculty, if one is able to get over the extremes off happiness and depression that Jupiter and Saturn confer. It leads to a tremendous power of realization - far above the ordinary - the power to materialize thoughts into reality. This holds true for the conjunction in any sign. Dont worry its not all bad... Guest guest
Namaste, > A Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in Virgo also leads to diabetes ....... " au~vai " Muni valkya says 'a life with out deformity and ill-health is construed as abundant wealth'( " health is wealth " is also an adage);Conjunction of Guru and Sani may expose the native to risk / 'Gandam',which is hazardous to life. After the loss of health due to continues strain and stress, even though if ones thoughts are turned into material actions, what benefits he could stand to harvest? vedic astrology , Gautam Doshi <gautam_777 wrote: > > Namaste, > > For a Cancer Ascendant, a Jupiter and Saturn conjunction would constitute a Vipreet Raj Yoga since the lords of the 6th and 8th are conjunct in the 3rd - an upachaya house.
