What is the correct settings to use for 'Planet Calculation Options' in JHORA

Dear Jyotisha Gurus,

 

What is the correct settings to be used for JHORA planet calculation

options?

 

There are 2 settings related to planet - 'Tropicentric Positions'

& 'Geocentric Positions'. Each one gives a different 'Maha Dasha'

dates.

 

For the benifit of newbies like me - what settings are used by Jyotisha

Gurus?

 

The second question is - What settings we should go by if we are to

strictly go by vedic tradition.

Dear Rafal jee,

 

I humbly thank you for guiding me on this.

 

I have one more request - it would be nice if you could put the

settings for other options too - for example Upagraha, Divisional

chart options etc etc. This would benifit all the newbies like me.

1. Vyatipata= 360 deg - Dhuma

2. end, Saturn's

3. middle, eighth

4. middle

5. Day and night start at sunrise and sunset (respectively)
