If your email ID is associated with the id with which you sent that email you should see a delete button on the top of your message. I just gave you an idea as to how to delete your own mail. You cannot delete other's mails (who have a copy of your mail). You have to careful as to what you post internet as it's very very public and it cannot be taken back. This list subscription and management is largely automatic thru . As far as this message is concerned you can only hope that the moderator can help you.
