It has been mentioned by a learned colleague that Lord God Raama

is a Kshathriya and must have tasted alcoholic drinks. Lord Raama's

Body is Kshathriya , but It is The Abode of Paramaathma .

All Gods ,Vedic Rushis and all humans of Vedic Times did taste

Soma Paaneeyam , an alcoholic drink.

That does not make Lord raama a drunkard. Pardon those who say so.

As a Kshathriya , Lord Raama must have eaten non vegetarian food

and that does not make Lord Raama a meat eating Raakshas. Paahi .

For that matter Vedic Rushis and original humans were all meat eaters

and vegetarianism is a later evolutionary stage.

If a lady and a gentleman get married that does not make them bad.

Lord Raama is God Mahaa Vishnu , a most unassuming Avathaar.

Lord Raama never announced that He is a God; He always felt that

He is Human like the rest and was subjected to abuses,even today .

He never boasted that He is Super Human and at the same time He

is not a coward . He beleived in Himself and did not run away from His

responsibilities , but faced every and any eventuality with equanimity.

As a Teen ager Lord raama was not afraid to accompany Sage

Vishwaamithra to forest to fight evil forces , prevalent even today.

Lord Raama Blessed Ahalya on His way and never claimed credit .

Lord Raama did not run away when confronted with Shiva Dhanuss

at the time of Devi Seetha Swayamvaram in Mitthila and broke It .

Lord raama was not afraid when threatened by His previous Avathaar

Lord Parashuraama nd took away Vishnu Dhanuss from Bhaargava

Raama which later became Lord Raama's Kodandam,Saarangam .

Lord raama was so humble and part took fruits tasted by Sabari and

Raama is a social Man befriending Guha , Jataayu , Sugreeva , Hanuma

and VibheeshaNa. Lord Raama saw only Good in fellow Humans.

Lord Raama is an ideal son , loved equally Kausalya , Sumithra and Kaika.

Lord Raama is an ideal Pithru Vaakya Paripaalaka ; He is an ideal King.

Lord Raama was very Respectful to elders , Vasishtta , Athri , Vishwaamaithra ,

Bharadwaaja and learnt all good things from them including Aadithya Hrudayam

from Agasthya Mahaa Muni.

Lord Raama gave importance to Public Opinion , even from a laundromat

manager. Lord raama was even compassionate to RaavaNa Brahma and

learnt all about Administration nuances from RaavaNa Brahma

Lord raama is an ideal Brother to Bharatha, LakshmaNa and Shathrughna.

BUT ONE THING THAT LORD RAAMA IS NOT IS :

Lord Raama Is Not An Ideal Husband. He subjected Amma Seetha Devi

to Agni Pareeksha and abandoned A Would Be Mother Thalli Seetha to

Forests . No Wonder Seetha Refused To Come Back To Ayoddhya .

I only hope that Lord Raama was an ideal father to Lava and Kusa.

Whatever He is or He is not , Raama and Seetha are my Ishtta Daivams

and to All Telugu - Speaking Bhaaratheeyas. Telugu Vaari DevuLLU.
