Dear Kiran,

The classification of natural benefic and malefic Planets is given in Ch 3 of

BPHS.

Their effects may be co-relates 46(or may be 45) Planetary Awastha.

How planets become functional benefic ,malefic ,yoga karka , neutral or marka

etc may be studied

from Ch35 -yogakarka adhya of BPHS and Lghu-parasari.

There application is for assessment of rajyoga and mainly Vimsottari Dasa Phal.

After wards a study of Madhya-parasari , Bhavarth Ratnakar and Satya Jatkam will

be very beneficial.

A study of Saravali is a must.
