Real Estate in India and Chennai in particular

I am looking to buy a property in Chennai for the past 6 motnhs. Its

keepingon going up and up. Some people say i have to wait for the

prices to correct and come down.

 

1. Will there be a real estate crash in India and Chennai

2.When will the prices in chennai come down by say 30% ?by firsthalf

of 2008 posible?, if at all.

 

I missed lots of good opportunities in 2004 and 2005. Looking back i

was foolish not to have taken it that time. Now, i am eager to make

up. I am worried that this eagerness might be a foolishness again as

prices may drop substantially.

 

My DOB is 02DEC1969. Birth Time 0617A.M. Birth Place: Chingleput,

Tamil Nadu India.
