Nameste'. Sri Yukteswar taught that a complete cycle of the Yugas

takes 24,000 years, the procession of the Vernal point. (Kalyana

Darshanam). To me, 24,000 years seems like a very short time (for a

complete cycle).

As you probably know, Sri Yukteswars' teachings regarding the yugas

are questioned by many people.

As a Vedic Astrologer, what is your understanding of the time duration

of the yugas? If you have any references supporting your view, this

would be very appreciated.
