When I informed them about my unemployment, they advised me to go into business, and when I told them that my business was failing, they advised me to look for a job. Perhaps I have a very controversial chart. In my D-10 I have Sa in 6H, Ve in 7H aspected by both Mars and Jupiter (which is in lagna). My 9HL (Me) is in 10H with Ra. Libra lagna with lagnesh in 7H. I have been a complete failure, in the sense that I have bared managed to fulfill my abilities and barely make a living despite being highly qualified. Would it be possible for you to please advise me which is more suitable-- an employment or an independent business? I am running Ra/Jup/Venus and I have been UNEMPLOYED for 8 months now, 3 times in the last 5 years. Can I get a job anytime soon? Tenth house is very strong and in its dasa will tempt one into work/job, as 11H from AL is influence by Bu/Gu it can show also selling, but also computers/language or working with finances (like bank). Bu and Ra will also show research connected to writing and communication in field of food deparment or beurocracy/social issues. In Rasi both dhana lords are in trikona which can show inteligent work connected to administration/managment (fiery rasis). Venus in Aries in D10 shows that You are very good at managment. But to be sure we must be sure that Your chart is rectified, so with Jupiter in Lagna you are good with grammar, sanskrit and Veda/Vedanga, is it right or not? Father profession can be also important to be sure. Third step is checking Bu and Ra Dasas, they should be very good careerwise for Libra Lagna in D10. I would have loved to have a paid consultation from you, but my financial condition is unfavorable, because I have been jobless for 7 months now. Yes, I am very good at management (am a Engineer and a MBA), been in the computer / IT industry, very research and analytical oriented (humbly put, I am considered best in class), very good communicator (both verbal and written) and have always been in the sales/marketing/ analysis /bbusiness planning / business strategy in the IT industry.Nothing to do with cars or food industry neither did I do research in communication. 2. Jupiter in lagna: Don't know sanskrit, been interested in vedas/vedanga but never pursued anything serious beyond just a casual approach. Learnt some basic astrology during the Ra/Jup dasa but abandoned it. So, if it is your supposiiton that I could be a vedic scholar, it is wrong. My father was a very basic administation assistant -- a largely clerical position. A long time ago, I was told my chart has been rectified, though I am never sure. Here are 5 data points for your consideration: * Native got an employment on Dec 5, 2005 after more than 1 year of employment and that lasted till May 2007. Did some great research/analytical work and spoke in public events which was well received. * native was unemployed from Oct 2004 to Dec 2005 * Native had a short term contract job between June 2004 and Oct 2004, which got terminated suddenly. * Native started his 1st career on Aug 6, 1981 * Native's most satisfying career period was Sept 1986 - June 1989. The 3 key questions: * Despite having a so called strong 6H, 7H, 10H, I have been having repititive periods of unemployment, no growth and stagnating * Currently, I am unemployed. I am running Ra/Jup / Sun as per Vimsottari dasa. When can I get a job? Will it be stable? * Will my career ever take off ? I am already 48 yrs old? Thanks for your consideration.
