Respected Gurus of SJC,

 

Pranams.

 

Please clarify these important doubts in my mind.

 

1. Can a planet in vakra/retro state be considered equivalent

to be in exalted state?

 

2. Vargothma (planet occupying same position in Rasi and Navamsa)

be considered equal to an exalted planet...what are the rules

governing Vargotthma and how to apply them?

 

Kindly clarify.
