Which book gives details of this? What are the criterias/steps we should look before selecting a gem? Does uparatna gives the same effect? As I understand the so called " jothish quality " gems are very " rare " and many people carry garbage on their fingers. Real jothish quality gems cost many thousands! which a normal individual cannot afford. I have seen many opinions floating around which creates more confusions. You have already answerd your question in your phrased querry. Every person have specific quality and it generates at particular degrees of planets or we can say at particular relative angles of planets.Take example of Sir Nostardamas his uranus was placed very nicely and relative angles of jupiter and saturn(in trines to Uranus) were very nice for future telling.So we can say that he had control of his mind in that field. So stars decide in which field a person cud control his mind but nobody cud go beyond nature if he does then he will have to face the curse of nature. Now i am taking other example if somebody wud say to Lt. Dhiru Ambani to erect a company with in 6 month, then he can but we can not rely on group of 2-3 alumnus of Harvard even topper of harvard.So we cud say he had control his mind but it is different future telling.
