Basically, your sun is debilitated and aspecting 10th house (career), also he has made other planets along with him combusted, i.e., their power is being absorbed by a negative Sun. Hence these planets are hesitating to give full support to you. (Venus, Jupiter, Saturn). Saturn is exalted though and also placed extremely well in the other divisional charts, that's why Saturn is very powerful in your chart. Also, additionally Sun's drishti to Lagna is around 90 degrees which is not good. Hence Sun's dasha might cause some mental tensions, not getting reputation and fame at work, trouble from superiors, etc. But, since your overall horoscope is really good, nothing drastic will happen. Only mental tensions. Hence I would suggest that you pray to Surya and also chant Lord Rama's slokas. Also pray to Moon and chant Lord Krishna's slokas. Pray sincerely everyday through out your life, and just see how peaceful and fruitful your life will be. There is no problem for you regarding accidents. This year, 2008 is extremely good for you since Jupiter is transiting Sagittarius which is his own house and also 9th from your moon sign. I didnt know Lord Narasimha was born on that tithi, thanks for the information. I wasnt born on that day, but my Family GOD is Lord Narasimha. Our ancestors built a temple for Lord in a small village in the border area of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The story is that, long back, when some villagers were travelling through this place, they cooked rice and for that they used three stones laying there and cooked rice over these stones. The rice bowl turned into full blood. They were shocked and went to sleep, and in one person's dream, Lord Narasimha told that the three stones represents HIM and they should worship HIM, hence a temple was built and even today Lord's Images are there and we worship there every year. We have immense faith in Lord Narasimha (people worship Him in different forms): Ugra Narasimha, Yoga Narasimha, Lakshmi Narasimha, etc. Ugra form represents Him standing up against injustice and killing bad people like He killed the demon hiranyakashyapu. Yoga Narasimha means the form where he is in deep meditation and depicts His supreme prowess. Lakshmi Narasimha represents Him being in a bit shanta (peaceful) form along with Goddess Lakshmi and giving prosperity to those who worship Him. We worship Lakshmi Narasimha, meaning that the aim of our life is to not only fight against injustice and be brave and courageous, but also prosper with respect to wealth. Its very interesting that there are many families who worship His Yoga form and are very prosperous with respect to their great characters but they are themselves not quite interested in wealth and money. Worshipping Lord Narasimha means that you need to be utmost sincere, very brave, courageous in standing up against injustices and fight for justice. Only then you shall prosper. Hence Mars which is a planet of bravery and dynamism is ruled by Lord Narasimha, so that people who have weak Mars in their horoscope get more courage and become more brave by praying to Lord Narasimha. The one that I chant is this (maybe this is Aditya Hridaya Stotra): Japaa Kusuma Sankasham, Kashya Paeyam Mahaa Dvitim Tamorim Sarva Paapaghnam, Pranatoosmi Divakaram. Look at the rising Sun and chant this ten times every morning. Also please look the following link where stotras for all planets are given. http://web.mit.edu/hsc/www/Shlokas/Navagraha.pdf Including these also pray to Lord Rama, who is the Lord of Sun planet.
