Migrated to Canada means he came to Canada on a permanent Visa via Canadian Immigration Dept. BTW, his name is Anurag not Aburag. I have't smuggling of human beings in Canada. Yes people do smuggling of drugs or other things but not living people. When you say Smuggling, do you mean: Kidnapping??? Sorry to correct you but when I read this, It sounded rude to me.
