Ref: Need help regarding lawyer mistake in USA

 

In USA, I (for my company) made an agreement with our lawyer to pay for our

lawyer's list of services.

 

Now, she charged extra $5,000 for the services which are not in the agreement.

The reason we are making the agreement is, we (both parties)

should honor the agreement. That is the major reason we are going for

agreement. But, she is not following that.

 

Now, she is threatening me, if I have not pay the amount she will

go for law suit.

 

When I approched to few lawyers regarding my case some are

charging more than the amount whatever she is claiming or

some lawyers are denying to go against another lawyer.

 

Now, I think smaller company like us cannot be suffered or threatened

by a lawyer like this.

 

If anybody can give some info regarding where to go to give complaint

against a lawyer, that will help me and my company a lot.
