Please advice me on my health and career

Dear Sir's

Namaskar.

 

In last one and a half year I have been falling ill in some way or the

other...jaundice, kidney stones etc...this is causing frustration and

lowering my moral.....

 

Also I am not satisfie with the way my career is moving....I am looking

for change in job and looking for profiles that are suitable for my

qualifications, I have doe mba and btech and currently I am employed in

a software company....

 

Please provide guidance to me on both of these
