I never ever know what they are going to say and so it comes as a surprise to me. Although I am aware enough to understand what they are saying in the meditations, I tend to have to have them help me to type it out as a lot of it is kind of fuzzy detail. They take me back further when they are working with the people as in teaching and philosophy. But they wanted me to type this out and also the latest one which I received last Monday…which is a much more involved, so I will have to take time to get that down on paper. Within the Heart For 2 minutes. Please be seated comfortably. With feet on the ground with head and back straight, take some deep breaths, holding them for the count of five, and then releasing them through the mouth. Gentle then, continue to breathe, and to focus your mind on your heart. For 3 minutes. Feel your heart…. listen to it beating, gently keep bringing your mind back to the heart, and watch/feel as it pumps the blood from the lungs all around your body. Follow the blood flow, feel the energy of this pulsing blood as it flows, as it takes the oxygen around your body into every little artery, capillary and infuses it with its life energy. Now follow it back to the heart and watch as it pumps it to the lungs and see and feel the blood be re-oxygenated to start the process all over again…over and over again..as it feeds the body with the life giving oxygenated blood…BREATHE…..BREATHE…For this is life, all life, your life. For 1 minute. Focus on the breath, feel the breath, taste the breath, as you bring it into your nose down your throat, into your lungs, and know it is life…all life. Focus on each breath, let it come in and feel it taking its journey around your body, giving you life, giving you energy. For 2 minutes. With gentleness now, we want you to allow three colours to come to you….one…..two….three. Remember their sequence and BREATHE… Take the first colour and put it around you, then breathe it in. Allow yourself to feel it, to taste and to smell it. Feel its energy as it descends into your heart, how does your heart feel now? Allow the colour to permeate your body as it journeys around it in your blood, oxygenated and bringing life energy to you… make note of your feelings and sensations, no matter how insignificant they are to you. For 2minutes. Now take the second colour, put it around you, and breathe it in. Notice the difference? Does this colour make any changes within you? Repeat the breathing, and feel the heart, the blood and allow yourself to delve into it. Take note again of the feelings and sensations it gives, and be gentle with yourselves, just allow it to happen. For 2 minutes. Now the last of the colours, put it around you, and breathe it in. Sink into the feeling it gives you. Sense your heart as it feels the new colour, sense the feeling of the blood as it takes it around your body, its energy, its vibration. How does this feel and make note about it…this is all significant to how you are at this moment in time. For 1 minute. Now relax, allow the colours to form an aura around you, see them surrounding you swirling and coalescing as the energy that is you, interacts with them. Watch them and take note of how they form from your body outwards? Which one is closet, which one next and which last. For 5 minutes Now we would like you to visualize your hands held out, with the colours resting as energy balls upon them. Allow yourself to see how spirit will take the colours and with their love manifest from them into tangible objects, gifts to give to you. These you can bring back with you and learn from them what it is that you need or are desires of at this moment. Know that the objects can and will help you, for you are capable of using them. Remember them and mediate on them for their use, if it is not apparent to you now. The gifts of spirit are for your growth and understanding, and come in love, with blessings of peace and compassion. When you are ready, we want you to take a few deep breathes, and again feel your heart as it pumps its life giving blood around your body. Focus on the heart and allow it to bring you back to the room. Follow its rhythms, the rhythms of YOUR life and know YOURSELF.
