vedic astrology[ repetative transit of jup]

I have a query regarding transit of planets in this case it is Jupiter.

 

As per the chart given below:

25th Dec 1976, 10:10 am, Indore

 

Jupiter was transiting through lagna and moon sign during 1996-98 period.

It has now moved to 11th place from the moon sign and around dec 2008 it will

be again transiting through the lagna and than the moon sign.

 

As depicted from the chart, jup is not a benefic planet and hence dasha of jup

will be troublesome to the native on top it when jup is transiting through the

lagna and moon sign it is considered to double the bad effects.

Keeping this in mind will it be right to conclude that native will have to

face similiar consequences when Jup transists back into lagna/moon sign as

before or karma were settled earlier itself. Please advice.
