Ju is highest power planet for 4th house. Death of Mother is also in Ju antra in Me main. Ju again is SD to LoE for 10th as B and Ju itself is 2nd highest power planet for 10th. Now here its not in the highest power planet or LoD or LoE but it is SD to LoE and it is 2nd highest power planet so it can give. I think Satish also had given chart of JFK and something like that was in that chart as well, where death was in high power planet i.e. more than 12 points. So that condition is being satisfied. Now, regards to MD, MD will show the karak for death. Say if a person is traveling for work and he is killed in an accident so Karak can be of 5th house or 5th lords MD so in short, and that is karak for 10th house, so MD will show the karaktwa. Dadhi gave some reference on what Krushnaji had said. But one good thing Ramesh and I am very happy to note that you have said that u have studied many charts and have found similar thing which makes me very happy. Such things are real gems. So also read the mail that Dadhi gave and MD can be any and that will show karaktwa. Now, Su and Sa are in 1:7 so that can show some court case or legal battle. MD when it started was Sa. Sa is karak for 11th and 12th house and NK for 4th and 3rd house. So matters related to that might be the focus. Next MD was that of Me. Me is in 2nd house so it can show period of worries and can show case prolonging not giving peace of mind. Next MD is that of Ketu as well. Ketu is SD to Sun and Ve. Sun is placed in 2nd house again there is link to 2nd house so still worries might prolong. I think its better if the native settles out of court and in Sa dasha itself which is now before 2008/april. Saturn is also in 4th house and aspecting 6th house so it is delaying 6th house matters which can be related to law and courts.
