Divorce and second Marriage. !!! Please help...

Namaskar,

 

I had a query on one of my close relative who got divorced yesterday

(sat, 8 march 2008). she wants to know if the second marriage will

be a better one or if it is not then she better not marry and get

into troubles.

 

The relationship broke when she came to know that her spouse has

other secret relationship which he finally admitted. Looking at boys

chart i was pretty sure as he had scorpio ASC with rahu in it.

Anyways, his chart is of no use now.

 

The data of this lady is: Dec 24,1977; 22:00 PM; 71E23 21N43 ; First

marriage in dec 1999.

They have one daughter: Aug 29, 2000; 19:00 PM; 72E37 23N02;

 

From the Girls chart i'm not very confident for the success in

second marriage as well because:

- in rashi, taking 2ndHouse as lagna contains Rahu who will also be

the 6th Lord; UL is also in 8th house.

- In D9, 2nd H does not contain any planets but it lord venus will

be in 12th from it and UL contains 3 malefics.

 

Because of the rahu and 12th house involvement i suspect if she

marries for the second time, he might be foriegner but i'm suspicous

if the marriage would be smooth.

 

- Also i'm not able to find any remedy as 2nd from UL contains JU-

Moon; JU being 5th and 8th lord and moon being 12th lord.

 

Looking at all these i would say better not to marry. Can someone

please give the correct advice?

Dear Tarun Ji Namaskar,

If she could control her Sa which is in La

and of Le then she should go for second marriage.And also Ma is ret and sixth to

seveth house.

 

Sa in La is really very dangerous even Ma is also.

 

Whenever i see any chart i go for those two planets placement.

 

Please also post your query on Jyotish Remedies a lot of persons

are active there to give you insight about this natal chart.

Dear Tarun, Namaskar

 

Your approach is correct, but let me add some points.

 

If you will use Vrsabha amsa which seems reasonable (me and ve must be

in dushtana; shukra-shani dasa [utpanna scheme], shani is in second in

d9) then Shani (2L fro 2UL) will be in second bhava which is good. The

first upapada broke, not due to dusthana lordship but due to Budha

position in amsa and Chandra in rasisandhi. Otherwise these (gajakesari

in 2nd from UL) marriages last for life and gives love and qualliefied

progeny.

 

8H has Gu affliction by Pisacayoga, affliction to morality (due to

partnter Ma/Ke being seventh lords); but the 2nd from 2nd (3th) doesnt

have this dosha.

 

Surya and Rahu shows very inteligent person, which can be also quite

spiritual (Su+Ra - Vasuki yoga).

 

The big flaw is that first Upapada is in maranakarakasthana from Shukra

- these marriages doesnt last - the 2nd one is with very good yoga

giving artistic, skilled and spiritual spouse. Therefore the second

relationship will be better one. She should fast on Friday (UL sign),

worship Koorma (for 2UL), Surya (for Shani) and Guru (for Ketu).

 

ps. there are good points for career, rise, position but demanding lot

of stress, rivalry and enmity.

Namaste,

If the secret affairs are the reasons for divorce,then how come the lady could

come forward for an open affair by way of second marriage !

Retrograde Sani in the Lagna had contributed for her separation and the

separation crystallized during 8th lords dasa(8th lords amsa dispositors dasa.

 

Second marriage may not be viable ?

Do we always prefer utpanna dasa more then any special dasa as

i was using dwisaptati dasa (7th lord sat in lagna) in this chart.

Also i have a question on finding which is more strong SAT or RAHU

being 7th lord.

 

If you have some time, could you please guide me on the principles

to follow in judging the strengths of planets in situations like

this. I'm always confused at this point.

 

- I did not understand the reason for worship of Guru (for ketu),

Surya?

 

- Also a very basic question: when we take second marriage, do we

need to re-calculate manually the UL; Because Jhora will only give

us UL based on first marriage.; but now as we take 2nd House as new

lagna for second marriage -> then lagana will be 12th from it -->

and so the new UL will be the arudha of Lagna itself. Is that true?
