Kuja or Mangal Dosha

Dosha of Mars, Mangal or Kuja, when placed in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th,

12th

from all the there points, from Lagna or the ascendant, 100%, from Chandra

(Moon) 50% and Sukra (Venus) 25%

It is considered to cause inauspicious results in a marriage with respect to

the spouse's welfare, finance, longevity,

In all these cases the timing of Dasa and Gochara must also coincide for the

said adverse results [just as in case of good ones also to happen, good trends

must also be there]

They happen in various forms, say accidents, injuries, surgery, ill health

or

Admonishments, fines,

or obstacles in profession, transfers

How to overcome it

It is advisable to Match the same amount of Dosha horoscopes, say if Kuja is

in 7th or 8th in a male's horoscope, choosing a 2nd or 4th Placed Kuja in the

female's is not the right one, but a 7th or 8th placed Kuja only.

IN today's world 7th and 8th placed Kuja needs more attention than the others

in the list.

Well these were designed in times when social order was different and the

motive was to protect a women, if she lost her spouse in early part of her life,

her life was at the mercy of the in-laws, for good or bad [bad in most cases] as

a filtering process to ensure she lived happily in a long lasting marriage.

This is now being used more as a way of rejecting a girl's proposals, which

defeats the original motives of our sages.

Above all there are many more factors in a chart that makes a good analysis on

compatibility, this is just one of them, not the only one or a bench mark at

all.

but In Moon Chart MARS is placed in third house from moon
