Guest guest
Namaste, Yes, this is a known issue. There is a bug, but you can still use the feature. I will explain. Divisional longitudes in JHora are always computed based on cyclical (parivritti) variations of divisional charts. In the example in question, lagna is in Vi in Parasari dasamsa but in Li in parivritti dasamsa. However, the divisional longitude in regular dasamsa and parivritti dasamsa is going to be the same - just the sign will be different. So use the divisional longitudes given in JHora and replace the sign with the sign occupied by that planet in that division. If you are using parivritti variations (parivritti D-2, parivritti D-3, parivritti D-10 etc), then sign will also be accurate. As the formula for computing the parivritti based longitude, I put that in the software first and forgot to update it. This will be corrected in a later version. Test Case : Divisional Lagnas in " Author of this software.jhd " Test Example : According to all divisional longitudes info, D-10 Lagna is Libra (9Li58). According to the D-10 chart, D-10 Lagna is Virgo. Affected divisional charts in this test case : D-10 D-2 (KN) D-3 D-4 D-12 D-24 D-30 D-40 D-45 D-60 D-5 D-144 (cant compare D-150 because can't find a way to the select D-150 chart) Other than non-matching divisional lagnas, some signs where the planets should be does not tally also. Sme divisional chart have Lagna in the matching sign but non-matching for other planets. E.g. D-144. Thank you. Best Wishes, Pushya Checked by AVG.
