siamese conjunction ?

Just an informal term I use when planets are conjunct in tight conjunction for a fairly long period of time - Mars and Sun are within a degree of each other for a fair while.

 

Ditto for Mercury and Jupiter, due to Mercury's impending station.

personally i think we should stick to the archaic terms of the sages of jyotish please lets not clutter this great art & science of useless and more terms/jargons just because it suits our fancy. I don't mind the Sanskrit terminologies. If i have to i'll try and learn. Hopefully on this most auspicious occassion i don't have to defend this great discipline from any form of intrusion however well intentioned.
