Hello list,

The presence of six planets in one sign is highly

unusual. This weekend (21-23 October 2006) the

following planets combine in the sign LIBRA (and at

the moment of this writing are at):

Venus 4° 47'

Mars 5° 51'

Sun 5° 54'

Moon 19° 11'

Jupiter 29° 05'

Mercury 29° 24'

Venus is in own MT sign, which is good. Its close

conjunction with Mars and Sun is good for those signs

where these three planets are all functional benefics

(Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius).

The other planets in Libra then also benefit.

For the signs where Sun is functional malefic lord

(Virgo, Capricorn and Pisces), the combination is

unfavourable as the combustion and conjunction with

Venus temporarily harms it and thus the other planets

in Libra.

The same logic applies where Mars is functional

malefic (Taurus, Virgo and Scorpio) and Venus is

function malefic (Taurus, Scorpio and Pisces).

The combination is more severe when two of the three

planets involved in this combination are functional

malefics (Taurus, Virgo, Scorpio and Pisces), as the

destructive energy becomes intensified on the

indications of the remaining functional benefic.

The actual outcome is of course more complicated as

the remainig influences in the horoscope, including

the aspect of Rahu to Mercury and Jupiter, must be

included. The weekly horoscope by

highlights the overall situation for each ascendant:

That said, with astral remedies and propiation, it is

possible to manage the situation.

Best regards,

C

Hello list,

In the Photos section - SA Theory sub section there is a graph

showing when the conjunctions of Sun-Mars, Sun-Venus and Mars-Venus

become exact and at what degrees in Libra.
