Dear John,

On SAMVA for several years now we have been working

with a number of charts for the USA, based on

different events in the history of the country.

Moreover, we have been making predictions on the basis

of the different charts. It is clear that some events

enjoy more popularity than others. The dates that have

been most carefully studied on SAMVA are:

- July 4, 1776 Presentation and celebration of the

Declaration of independence (several possible

ascendants, but most notably Libra).

- March 1, 1781 Final ratification of the Articles of

Confederation (21° Cancer rising)

- July 2, 1776 Signing of the Declaration of

independence (15° Scorpio rising).

There are other events, but none has seemed to hold

much promise. There is one more event that may warrant

a closer look. The ratification of the US

constitution. On Wikipedia we find the following

description of this document and event:

" The United States Constitution is the supreme law of

the United States of America. It was adopted in its

original form on September 17, 1787 by the

Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia,

Pennsylvania and later ratified by state-selected

delegates representing the people of the several

states. WHEN DELEGATES IN NINE OF THE THEN THIRTEEN

STATES RATIFIED THE DOCUMENT, IT MARKED THE CREATION

OF A UNION OF SOVEREIGN STATES, AND A FEDERAL

GOVERNMENT TO ADMINISTER THAT UNION. It took effect on

March 4, 1789, replacing the weaker, non-centralized

union that existed under the Articles of

Confederation. The Constitution of the United States

is the oldest federal constitution currently in use. "

The ninth state to ratify the US constitution was New

Hampshire and the event took place on 21 June 1788.

If you have the time and place of this signing, it

would give a basis for researching this event.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

C
