Fire Destroys Midtown Atlanta

ATLANTA -- A huge fire at a midtown Atlanta restaurant caused a traffic

backup during the Monday morning rush hour.

The blaze broke out at the Hush nightclub at 12th Street and

Peachtree Walk just after 5:00 a.m. The

building was formerly known as the Dragon Fly Restaurant.

Firefighters battling the one alarm fire had to shut down 12th

Street to traffic.

The restaurant was closed when the fire started. There was no one

inside the building, according to fire officials.
