Allow me to add a comment This fascinating comparative review of the impact of historical events on the USA charts for July 2, 1776 & February 2, 1781, has already confirmed for me a very important historical consideration. Let the astrological investigations proceed in determining which chart is the true one for America's nation-state. In the meantime, the following considerations are no longer in doubt for me: The true JULY 1776 event date is the SECOND DAY, not the FOURTH DAY of the month & The true 1781

date is the SECOND DAY OF FEBRUARY, not the FIRST DAY OF MARCH, Popular histories remember the date of the published broadside Declaration of Independence, not the true event which by sovereign enactment made the publication possible, two days before. These same popular histories remember the date of the ceremonial 13th State signing of the Articles of Confederation & Perpetual Union in Philadelphia; not the true event which by a sovereign enactment of statutory law made the signing possible, this being the law enacted in Annapolis, Maryland, one month earlier than the signing ceremony it made possible. So as we review the event of the San Francisco earthquake of 1906, let's keep in mind the events leading up to the event. Perhaps one of these dates in California's own history can shed light on the event of 1906.
