I have learned, few months ago, that France's chart was this:

 

France, moment of seal apposition

6 oct 1958, 18h21m, CET (-1h)

Paris, France, 2e20, 48n52

 

Source: Alexandre Volguine, Les Cahiers astrologiques, n° 13 (Edouard

Symours), through Gérard Laffont.
