USA SAMVA - New home sales in 2006 sees biggest % dip in 16 years

Dear List,

 

Data released at 10am EST showed that new home sales in the US has taken the

biggest plunge in 16 years -17.3% from 2005 levels after setting records for

5 straight years. The recession drop in 1990 saw -17.8%.

 

In the USA SAMVA chart:

Note the exact affliction of the Moon in (afflicted) H10 by tr Ke and natal

Ra with weak dispositor, Ma in H6 under natal Ra. It will be interesting to

see how the coming economic reports are seen from this chart.

In addition to the transits at the time of the news release, the

SAMVA USA chart the Ve/Ju period and following notable transits are

operating:

 

- Natal L4 Venus is afflicted by tr Ketu in H2

- Transit Rahu in H8 is afflicting H4, H12 and H2

- Transit L4 Venus is in infancy in H8

- Transit L6 Jupiter in H5 MEP and afflicting H9, H11 anbd H1

 

The evidence is clear. It would not be an easy time for the

indications of the fourth house, including fixed assets.

Dear list,

 

In the rectified chart, the dasha is Ve/Sa/Ra. FM Venus (luxury, losses) transits H4

, Saturn, the bhukti lord, is the ruler of H4 and is retrograde in H9 in the same degree as natal Mars, and transit Rahu is in H4.

 

Transit FM Mars is afflicting the MEP2 (wealth), MEP5 (investments), MEP8 (easy gains), and MEP9, where retrograde Saturn is placed in transit.

 

It seems that the old retrograde Saturn, L4, being placed in a house afflicted by Mars, L6 in D1 and L1 in D8, is also clearly showing this event.

1) WHAT'S THE RELEVANCE OF SATURN BEING IN THE SAME DEGREE AS NATAL MARS

I am just presenting what my mind sees. If you want to be sure about the validity of these comments, you have to test them by yourself.

 

The main idea here is to bring the attention to the fact of the operational bhukti being the lord of H4, and its weak placement in transit, as H9 is afflited.

 

The other comments, please ignore them.
