Hi Jorge and List,

 

Me, Ju and Su are to be seen for children issues in the Taurus ascendant;

the reasons are seen clearly through SA as follows:

 

1) tr LO6 Ve afflicts H5 ruling children from H11

2) na Ke afflicts tr Ve (Ju sits in H6)

3) Ra aspects natal LO8 (accidents) Jupiter (children) closely

4) tr Mars (losses) aspects natal Moon

5) tr Ju aspects the tr Moon

6) natal Me, LO5, sits in Cn, (specially note points 4 and 5 then as Me is

permanently connected with the Moon and Cn).

7) Ve/Me is running bringing 5 and 6H issues to the forefront.

8) tr and natal Sa, LO10 where Su and Me transit, both ruling children, are

afflicted by natal Venus

9) children are permanently vunerable in this chart as Ma aspects H5, H8

(Sg), (also H9 where tr Mars has entered)

10) natal Mars also afflicts the tr Sun exactly

 

 

Perhaps I have missed a couple points, but these clearly show the event.

*COCHIN, India* (AP) -- A river boat carrying children on a school trip

capsized in southern India on Tuesday, and at least 18 children and four

teachers drowned, a local official said. Sixteen children were missing as

night fell.

 

Three boats were carrying more than 100 students and staff down the Periyar

River in the Thattekkad bird sanctuary when one boat capsized, said Mohammad

Haneesh, a top official of the district. All the children were younger than

11.

 

As darkness fell, 16 children were still missing, and 10 had been admitted

to a local hospital, he said.

 

It was not clear how many children were in the boat that capsized.

 

The Thattekkad sanctuary is about 25 miles east of Cochin, the commercial

hub of the southern state of Kerala.

In the chart of India with Mars ,Venus

Jupiter,Rahu and Ketu as Malefic Planets (which are

afflicting the Natal positions in MEP also) ,

something or the other will emerge during TTT.

 

Fast moving planets in Transit will interact with

FM /MMF etc at any given point of time. Fast

moving transits like Moon, Venus, Mars, Merucry

will interact with Natal slowmoving/transit and

Natal Fast moving planets and some outcome will

emerge . IN THIS CASE, TRANSIT AND NATAL MOON IS

AFFLICTED BY JUP AND MARS . BUSINESS VENTURES WILL BE

SLOWED DOWN . Natal Saturn afflicted by Transit

Venus indicating Professional problems . Somewhere

in Economic Times, some article on India's

Economical prosperity and Business activites

Dear Sadasivan,

 

at the time of some serious accident, we can repeatedly see that all the planets involved in the 5 level operational dasha are usually afflicted. That was the main reason of my posting on this unhappy event (and also on the recent train bombings event), as the operational Mercury was not afflicted according with SA. I was just bringing your attention to some points, in a spirit of research.

 

 

Drowning is related with H12, and tr Sun, L1 in D12, is exactly aspecting H4.

 

H8 signifies death, and tr Saturn, L1 in D8, is exactly over natal Sun, L4 in D1 but also L1 in D12. Mercury, the MMP in D8, is retrograde exactly in the same degree of natal Mercury.

 

 

Mars and Moon, L12 in D12, are in mutual aspect, but this is not so clear as Mars is already afflicted by natal Rahu.

 

In D6, Mars and Venus are the FMPs, but they are also FMPs in D1.

 

In cases where we are not sure about the TOB, it would be inappropriate to use the 5 level dasha and bring the attention to these points, but this is not the case with the chart of India.

 

 

But I admit also that I can be wrong, as it was clearly demonstrated by our dear Vyas. No problem. It even enhances the simplicity of SA, which is very good after all.

 

Research implies doing right things and sometimes wrong things. We should not be afraid of doing " wrong " things. What we should avoid is doing nothing. very much like the Vedic knowledge itself

what appears contradictory to me, when explained by others is not so at all

 

isn't it all a matter of perspective ?

The natal chart can be used to answer many questions. In the 7° 46'

Taurus rising chart for the Independence of India, the third house and

its lord, Moon, indeed signify new business. As Ketu in H7 aspects

the Moon and H3, there will be some problems facing the new business

development. With five planets in this sign, however, including also

L4 Sun, L5 Mercury, L6 Venus and L10 Saturn, a lot of effort is

directed at this area of life. Venus afflicts Saturn indicating

conflict or problems related to government involvement in business

affairs. L5 Mercury being unafflicted in H3 suggest there is a good

amount of creativity to apply in anyting to do with the H3 affairs,

including telecommunication, transportation, human resource management

and software development. With L4 Sun also unafflicted but in old age,

the fixed assets and interest are also focused in this house. In

short, India would place enormous focus on third house matters and

would have some successes but also some problems.

 

With L12 Mars afflicting H2, there could be some setbacks or losses to

the status, wealth or in relations with neighboring countries.

 

Presently, the aspect of transit L8 Jupiter in H7 to L6 Venus, as well

as L10 Saturn, would suggest accidents or problems in third house

areas. The explosion on board the train the other day, killing 66

people and injuring many more, or the sinking of the boat drowning 22

children, are prime examples of such a difficult transit aspect -

involving the lord of obstacles and endings aspecting the lord of

accidents in the house of transporation.
