Please find attached Part-2 of the Proceedings of the IIPA Intl Conf-II.I hope, for those of us, who have missed this Conf, this summary of the Proceedings, will bring some satisfaction-even though, this can never compare with the actual particpation in the Conf, in the august presence of Prof.Choudhry.
