According with SA, the rulers of H12 & H8 behave like Rahu (manipulating tendencies), so their placement in house 8 is giving these tendencies to the Sun and Jupiter, and increasing the manipulating tendencies of Venus, L12. Besides, the Moon (Administration) has its MT house and its house of placement both exactly afflicted by Rahu. Thanks for sharing with us what is going on behind te scenes... I thought somehow the strengths would show, since this ludicrous hiding of information cannot withstand the test of a nation begun with righteousness. Perhaps the other chart speaks to that one.. Think about H8...it is a very strong house as it is not " afflicted " and houses the most important planets, the Sun and Jupiter, being Jupiter exactly on MEP8, aspecting its own MT house...think about the Law and all the people getting rich by the Law in US, due to Rahu exactly over MEP9...think about Ketu exactly over MEP3 (malefics in H3 indicate unsatisfactory reltions with neighbouring countries, tension, etc. and if the affliction is severe, there could be border clashes with them...Mexican-War, etc.) and Mars, L6 (armed forces, territorial attacks, war) in H7 (War, battles, open warfare), and all the wars and preventive wars that US has gone through in just less than 250 years...etc, etc...
