In my experience, there are two things to look out for in making the

predictions based on the charts of candidates:

 

1. uncertainty involving accurate birthtime

2. need to read a chart comprehensively

 

Both items require expert knowledge of SA and careful consideration

of the chart. has in 2000 and 2004 shown how this

is done. For others, the effort to make the predictions may be time

consuming but undoubtedly a good investment. Of course it is easier

to make such an investment in terms of two charts in a Presidential

election than to work through a whole field of primary candidates.

That said, the effort to make such predictions surely benefits the

astrologer in terms of adding to their understanding and experience.

 

Interestingly, predictions have recently been made, by list members

Jo and Remi, regarding the forthcoming French Presidential elections.
