The 24° Leo rising chart seems the to be quite interesting. In

particular, L12 Moon is closely conjunct Ketu in H1. The government

coaltion could have a somewhat peculiar identity. This is quite likely

as one party is to the right and the other to the left in the

political spectrum. That said, the right party is well established

while the left party is trying to become so. As L12 is in H1, it is

possible that focus on the vested interests will be important. As Ketu

influences the Moon, this would appear strange, as the intersts are

somewhat at odds, politically speaking. During the Ve/Mo period, there

could be problems for the identity of the government, especially as

transit Ketu shortly becomes exactly conjunct the natal Moon. That

said, the strong placement of L1 Sun in H10 is helpful and protects.

Strong L3 Venus in H11 is good for income due to incentives and

innovation, while strong L5 Jupiter in H4 would suggest the management

of the affairs increases the social harmony.
