Dear , Thor and other list members:

I have been following your discussions of Mundane SA Astrology with

much interest.

I am wondering what one would use for a date and time with regard to

trying to establish an SA Chart for a City? I live in Rochester, MN

and the President of Iraq is visiting for 3 weeks while going through

the Mayo Clinic Medical Clinic here. He arrived this past Sunday.

There are the usual FBI agents and security in place for such

visits ... the Mayo Clinic is Internationally recognized and used by

many foreign visitors.

Just thought it might be interesting to see if I could find a birth

time for Rochester, MN.

Thank you for your time and consideration ...

Best Wishes,

Mew
