Guest guest
Dear SAMVA members, " BEIJING - China replaced five Cabinet ministers — including the finance minister and the head of the secret police — the government said Thursday, just weeks ahead of a major Communist Party meeting that will set the country's policies for the next five years. " http://news./s/ap/20070830/ap_on_re_as/china_resignations This is a significant announcement as these posts deal with how China will manage its currency, foreign trade and defense operations. From the China chart Sept, 21, 1949 13:00hr, Peking China: Scorpio 27:51 China is running Ju/Ju which is quite weak natally in old age 83%. In transit, 2L Jupiter is in the first house and under the close affliction of transit 6L Mars from the 7th house which rules the cabinet and internal affairs. The 2nd house deals with relationships with other countries and Mars' influence as 6L is warlike both in its general and particular significations. Natal Rahu from the 5th closely afflicts transit 12L Venus in the 9th while the same Venus is afflicting the MEPs of the 9/3 houses. Venus rules wars and you will note that the news deals with the cabinet positions dealing with their secret police and department of defense. The combined influences are questionable morals (5th & 9th houses), manipulations and diplomatic moves (Rahu) in communications to the public (Venus affiction to 3rd) about its intentions. My view is that these moves will create a more militant and aggressive political cabinet for many years to come. Finally, we have the much talked about conjunction of transit Sun and Ketu. In a mundane chart, the Sun represents the top government officials while Ketu signifies violent actions. Fittingly, this conjunction occurs in the 10th house signifying Executive, parliament, administration, foreign trade, law and order issues. This is a SECOND piece of confidence-building evidence regarding the China chart in the past week. Though not predicted, the events and transits match perfectly.
