Guest guest
Hi Vyas, Yes, lately there has been weather and other natural resource issues. 200 houses and 3100 acres of land were destroyed in Lake Tahoe, CA. A brush fire in Utah yesterday claimed two lives and 14 sq. miles. Yellowstone National Park experienced a fire that burned 3500 acres. And, in addition tot he flooding in Kansas, 42,000 gallons of crude oil has leaked into the flood waters there. Here in Colorado it has been miserably hot with no letup in sight. Guest guest
okay During this transit, there was a spill of oil together with floods. In US rectified chart, Venus, L12 (floods, MMP), afflicts Saturn, L4 (territory, oil). In USA SAMVA chart, Venus, L4 (territory, weather), is afflicted by Saturn, L8 (MMP). The factor of oil disaster is missing because Venus is the MBP in this case. del iver <deliver1900 wrote: will Venus-Saturn transit cause fire, heatwaves as well as flooding ? thanx in advance Shayn Smith <mactunesmith wrote: Hi Vyas, Yes, lately there has been weather and other natural resource issues. 200 houses and 3100 acres of land were destroyed in Lake Tahoe, CA. Guest guest
Prem (I believe?), The believe the oil factor is clearly present in the Cancer rising chart as transit 4L Venus is both the general and particular karaka for natural resources (including oil and territories) and is afflicted by the transit 8L/MMP Saturn which signifies accidents and natural disasters (ie floods, cyclones, storms etc..) among other things as per Shri Choudhry's notes on Mundane Astrology contained herein under the " Files " section. Further, in the Cancer rising chart L4 Venus is weak by both placement in the 6th house and a somewhat weak dispositor. As the 6th rules financial solvency, among other things, it becomes clear that the USA's lack of adequate oil, relative to its demands, puts it to great financial expense and cost and reduces the net worth of the entire nation as currency and assets are converted for crude oil. The USA is the largest per capita user of crude oil worldwide and there should be a clear indication of strained financial solvency due to the supply/demand imbalance of such a precious economic resource in the chart. The L4 Venus in the 6th also links a long-standing dispute regarding natural resources (oil) and " relations with neighbors " and " political stability " . Finally, the linkage of the L6 Jupiter in the 5th of speculation and markets shows the inter-market relationships of oil and US economy/markets. I don't think its a coincidence that we are running a Venus dasa during a time of war and discussions of " peak oil " ! I am new to the list and apologize if these issues have been covered but I was struck by the discussion on oil in particular and the chart implications. Respectfully, Matt SAMVA , del iver <deliver1900 wrote: > > okay > During this transit, there was a spill of oil together with floods. Guest guest
Dear Vyas, Congratulations on the accurate prediction based on the SAMVA USA chart. The flooding in Kansas was the worst since 1951. With Venus continuing weak [now in infancy in Leo, while L2 Sun is also weak as it transits Gemini H12 under aspect of natal Ketu in H4] and under close influence of L8 Saturn in old age in Cancer, the weather has remained volatile into the week.
