China evacuates 200,000 ahead of typhoon

SHANGHAI, China - China evacuated 200,000 people on Tuesday and closed

schools in its largest city to prepare for what forecasters say will

be the most powerful typhoon to hit Shanghai in a decade.

Systems Approach Analysis:

 

China is running Jupiter/Jupiter. Natal FB L2 Jupiter is exactly

afflicted by transit FM L6 Mars from 8H until Sept 25th. The 8th

house is the house of fatal accidents and natural disasters. Here we

see the involvement of the subperiod lord and a transit affliction.

 

Transit FB L4 Saturn is afflicted by the nodal axis across the 4H/11H.

The pertinent 4th house significations are the nation's natural

resources, agriculture, mines, minerals, landed properties, peace,

general and political stability, natural calamities, educational

institutions, law and order, housing and communal harmony " many of

which could be impacted in the days/weeks ahead. Note how the schools

were closed in Shanghai.

 

The 10H is that of the executive and parliamentary branches of

government indicating that some longer-term remedial plans may need to

be drawn up to help those who lose property, investments or homesteads.

 

 

Contributing factors include:

1. Natal Rahu from the 5H(population) afflicts transit FM/MMP L12

Venus (group hospitalizations, expenditures and mishaps)

 

2. Transit Venus (becoming more malefic due to the aforementioned

point #1) afflicts the MEPs of the 9H and 3H. " The third house rules

with the communication of the Government with the public, means of

communications in the country including transport " while Rahu from 5H

signifies the population. The reading here is that there could be

some serious mishap/miscommunication and problems related to the

movement of the population.

 

3. Natal nodal axis Rahu/Ketu from 5H/11H afflict both natal AND

transit FB L11 Mercury. The 11H represents " Income, gains, and future

plans " while Mercury is the general significator for " Strategists,

advisors to head of state " . This seems to signify further losses.

 

4.Transit FM L6 Mars from the 8th house is afflicting transit FB L10

Sun signifying the government having to deal with this problem and the

related costs.
