As such, he has firmly aligned himself with Fidel Castro of Cuba and is a vehement opponent of George Bush, President of the USA. While the birthdate of Mr. Chavez is well known, 28 July 1954, as is his birthplace, Sabaneta, Venezuela, there is some confusion about his actual birth time. I have seen two times, 2:30 AM, giving 22° Taurus rising and 9:37 AM, giving 4° Virgo rising. Please note that the time zone was 4:30 for Venezueal in the 1950s. The Taurus rising chart is interesting for the astounding number of afflictions and bad periods ahead, similar to what one finds in the chart of violent criminals. The Virgo rising chart is far less foreboding. Alternatively, in view of Professor´s new "Rule for Dictatorship" I find the Leo rising having potential to explain his evident desire to become a dictator. This chart places L7 Saturn at 9° Libra H3, where it is exalted and L3 Venus at 24° Leo H1. At least this would be consistent with the new rule. Best wishes, Thor Never miss a thing.
