Many people are believed to be dead. In the 20° 00' Cancer rising SAMVA USA chart the following influences are seen: Venus major period and Jupiter sub-period are operating. In SA, the sub-period explains 80% of the period influences. * The sub-period lord, transit Jupiter as 6th lord was at 18° 47' Sagittarius the most effective point of the 6th house, where it also aspects the 10th house, the 12th house and the 2nd house. Jupiter has also been for some weeks now in mutual aspect with natal Rahu at 17° 47' Aries H10, hence there has been a good deal of strain in the life. *Transit Sun as 2nd lord of family has recently passed into the 8th house of death, where it was at 1° 32' Aquarius conjunct transit malefic Rahu at 3° 46' Aquarius H8. Related to this, the 8th lord Saturn was in transit at 11° 57' in Leo and the 2nd house, where it cast an aspect to transit L1 Moon at 10° 33' Taurus H11 and natal Moon at 7° 23' Taurus H11. Hence, the event suggests a death like experience in the USA. *Furthermore, transit Rahu aspects transit Mars as 10th lord at at 1° 25' Gemini H12. This aspect is again getting closer, suggesting difficulty for the US administration, military and police, as well as industry. The tragic event is seen clearly in the SAMVA USA chart. Shooting Suspect Shot And Killed Himself LIVE CBS 2 Special Report: NIU ShootingDE KALB, Ill (CBS) ¯ Several people have been shot on the Northern Illinois University campus. The suspect killed himself and officials say the danger has passed.Officials confirmed that several people were shot at Cole Hall, a large lecture hall on campus, shortly after 3 p.m. and the campus was immediately placed on lockdown. Kishwaukee Hospital reported that up to 15 people were being brought to the hospital and that three to four of those victims had suffered head wounds.Student journalists at the school's Northern Television Center reported that there were 18 victims, two of them fatalities, including the gunman.Lt. Gary Spangler of the DeKalb Police Department told the school newspaper, the Northern Star, that "The gunman is deceased," adding that the "majority of the incident happened in Cole Hall."Officials said the immediate danger has passed.A viewer who e-mailed CBS 2 said that her brother was in the lecture hall where the shooting happened. "He says that the gunmen was a white male dressed in all black. He kicked the door in and opened fire. My brother dove under the desk, and popped his head up to see the gunmen was reloading. He grabbed his girlfriend's hand and ran to the library where they been in lockdown since."The campus will be closed on Friday."Police are trying to get everyone off campus,'' said student David Healy, who was near Cole Hall when the shooting happened. "At least five people have been pulled out on stretchers." An alert on the university's website confirmed "several" people were taken away in ambulances. Two were killed in Lousiana earlier in the week. This shows the extent of the transit afflictions involved.
