Data For VISA (V) IPO - Largest in US history

As many of you will be aware the largest IPO in US history was listed

today on the floor of the NYSE - VISA. The 1st trade data is as

follows;

Visa (V) 1st Trade - $59.50

Time: 10:14:39am EDT - Eastern Daylight time - 4 GMT

Considering the current volatile condition of the market it may be

interesting to see what the near-term outlook for Visa is.

Dear Peter,

This is a rather difficult chart.

It is drawn for the moment you indicate for the company headquartered in San Francisco. The 7:14:39 AM (PDT) chart for SF gives 3° 57' Pisces rising.

Importantly, this chart has Rahu at 3° 34' Aquarius afflicting the 12th house, 4th house, 6th house and 8th house. Pairwise, Ketu at 3° 34' Leo is afflicting the 6th house, 10th house, 12th house and 2nd house. Such placements are considered some of the most difficult and suggest serious problems will emerge at the outset.

As this were not enough, 6th lord Sun is afflicting the 1st and 7th houses. Meanwhile, 6th lord Saturn is exactly conjunct 5th lord Moon in the 6th house involving the indications of the 5th house in conflict. Moreover, 8th lord Venus in the 12th house is conjunct 7th lord Mercury and hence spoiling its indications with obstacles and endings.

The only redeeming placements are 10th lord Jupiter at 24° 35' in Sagittarius and 10th house and 2nd lord Mars at 11° 29' Gemini and 4th house.

The outlook for this stock is not that good. That said, the chart suggests the performance of this stock relative to the overall markets. The SAMVA USA chart will show the general fortunes of the US financial market as a whole.
