I wanted to fix the karaka for Old/New Houses.

 

As per my experience Saturn is karka for old house, if 4'th house is

Saturn's house, one w'd live in a old house.

 

Other points are yet to be answered.

I wanted to fix the karaka for Old/New Houses. As per my experience

Saturn is karka for old house and Jupitor is karaka for new house, if

4'th house is Saturn's sign, one w'd live in a old house.

 

Other points are yet to be answered.

dear mr. lalith,

fixing saturn as a karaka for old house is not

correct. Primarily a house whether old or new is for

a native to live and protect himself from the hostile

environment. if u analyse u will find old houses

having all rooms well ventilated than the modern new

houses. what ur referring is a old house in a

dilapidated condition, which involves quite lot of

expenditure to make it worthy of living in it. in such

cases 4th house in a native chart must have connection

to 12th since the dwelling giving rise to expenditure.

I think the topic u have taken up may not actually fit

into astrological analysis. normally in a native's

chart 4th house is favourable then he can acquire

landed property either thro his self earnings or thro

maternal or paternal sides. whether the house will

give him happiness is the factor which has to be taken

into consideration. so this involves the study of the

total chart and not piecemeal.

dear gopu ji ,

I think saturn represents old and delapidated houses and even some times ppl who still living in ancestral homes which build 200 years back .

But the matter is still nder reserch and when i comment i need to say a wel informed write up .So that was the reason why a refrain from this discussions.

All planet can giv one or other type of houses including nodes ,

As this area is very tough ,as i was living in a ancestral home till 5 years then moved to rented houses till 15 years as my father was in transferable job and finaly he buyed one old house again ,then i buy a new house ,then a flat ,so i am still not confirmed whether i shud take dasa as pointer or old way of 4th house ,lord and karaka ,

I never find some one realy studied this aspect .as scenario is changing now a days as a flat in delhi may cost even crores and may be in kerala u can hav with same amount of money a palaceous house with compound and land.

Namaskaar, You have raised interesting points related to group's

discussion on House raised by me, It is also right in saying that the

query needs to be modified, any ways, i m posting my information on

houses and planets. Togather we will learn and discover more ..,

tomorrow onwards, we w'd collect data from members.

 

 

The wood to be used is ruled by Jupiter.

The building work and iron is ruled by Saturn.

The architectural structure is ruled by Sun.

The architect is ruled by Mars.

The finished house is ruled by Ketu.

While the land a house is ruled by Mars.

The herbs in the garden are ruled by the Moon,

while the gems buried beneath the ground are ruled by Saturn.

 

 

The significator of apartments should be Ketu (To be Confirmed, I

thought height is Ketu)

Moon and Venus give a luxurious house.

Mars gives a house made of bricks,

Jupiter gives a house made of wood,

Sun gives a straw bail house,

and Saturn gives a house made of stones.
