Back From Badrinath - 1

Infact, initially, going upto Rishikesh was in my mind and this is what

i told to my friend, Sriakant. When we reached at Rishikesh, my idea got

changed and in flash only i asked him to why not to goto Badrinath, he

also got ready instantly.

 

When we reached at Joshi Math, it was almost 5 pm in the evening, the

last bus had left for the Badrinath, there was no chance to move from

Joshi Math, as rain strted, in the mountains rain is ur biggest enemy,

particularly in such a high altitude. Nobody was ready to travel,

finally, one guy got ready for rs. 800/- but clouds covered whole of sky

and it became black like midnight.

 

My friend feared for unknown imaginations, i knew it's only 5:30 only,

there wont be any havoc, but rain was getting speed, landsliding is

almost unpredictable in that area, it can happen anytime, between Joshi

Math and Badrinath there is 300 - 400 mtrs long identified landsliding

place, before 1 week to our visit, a bus with 32 passengers fallen in

the valley because of landsliding.

 

I asked to God to favor us, despite this kind of weather, I had no

second thought to not to move ahead, I took the place in the front seat

by the side of the driver. he was a good driver, knwing all the

turinings and very friendly by nature. The rain was continued. infact,

it was rtaining heavily.

 

We reached at Hanuman Chatti, where Hanuman ji did his sadhana and

removed the ego of Bhim, one of the pandavas. The idol of lord hanuman

ji is very beautiful, there was no priest in the small temple of

hanumanji, I wanted to take prasad and charnamrit, but as there was

none, I only did pranam to lord, and we continued on our destination.

 

You know what happened there in the Badrinath.

 

While coming back, when we reached at the bus stand, there was no bus,

in fact there is a Gate system to control the traffic as it's a one way

road.

 

One taxi was starting for the JoshiMath, me and my friend got there

seats, again I was in the front seat beside the driver, one group from

maharstra came and they got occupied all the remaining seats, there was

a cruel lady in the group, very clever also, she wanted to occupy my

seat, she started making noice, right that point of time, i saw a

beautiful lady saint almost 60 by age with a motherly grace on her face,

accosted by a saint in his 50s.

 

She was a dentist from austria, I realized she is a truly spiritual

person, her glowing face was spreading pleasant sweet waves....

 

She came near us but our taxi had no space, i wished the lady saint's

company on the way back to Joshi Math, but it was not possible at all as

the taxi was full and driver started turning the taxi to Joshi Math.

 

The cruel lady making so much noice, it was very irritating, I objected

her to not to cry for no reasons, she threatened me, asked driver that

they all w'd leave the taxi, they were 7 in number, I said, ok leave the

taxi, she was very political, she asked the driver, either they 7 or me

w'd go in the taxi. the driver didn't give response to her. they left

the taxi.

 

Again the austrian lady saint came near us, and i called her to sit in

the taxi. it was unbelievable, in a minute before the scene got changed,

I wished the company of lady saint and a group of 7 people left the

taxt, now she is with me. I felt like my mother is with me. she was a

sweet lady, she was in that Vishnu Kchhhetra (Vishnu Region) for last 4

months, she visits india every year.

 

I started talking to her, her name, how she beame a saint, what she

realized in this path of spirituality and bhakti etc...

 

she could speak and understand little bit hindi and was well aware of

this reagion. knowing each and every place and every saint, sadhu,

priest of the reagion. She asked me why Badrinath is so powerfull for

people, I didnt know, She said becaue in the Badrinath both Shiva and

Vishnu are present togather, in the Neelkanth there is Shiva and in the

Badrtinath there is Vishnu.

 

When we reached at Hanuman Chaatti, the driver stopped the taxi, I asked

him to do that coz i wanted to get prasad. I asked the lady to have the

idea, she said, she never got prasad there.......

 

But this was the miracle, The Prasad was getting distributed, and what

it was, Deshi Ghee ka Halua !! U could get as many bowls. I took 2

bowls, one gave to her and one i had. the Indian saint accompanying her

was bit irritated over me, as i was missing his presence. She enjyed the

prasad, said to me, I m lucky !!

 

I thought i m lucky, coz, it's not the prasad but a feeling that god is

listenning to me, caring even smallest wishes of mine, very negligible

wishes but there is so much fun ensured for me and i think for all of

us.

 

my moon is placed in 9'th house on scorpio, which gives illusions to a

person, perhapse, because for this reason, God always maaged his

physical playes in the worldly stage, otherwise, how i could crosscheck.

 

So it was hanuman Ji's turn to fullfil my desire to have his prasad at

Hanuman Chatti.

dear lalit ,

 

i went to joshimath - when i was just 10 year old i still have the

memories of that time - the place is heaven - peace tranquility

everywhere - real place to get an insight about yourself and realise

your inner potential .

 

you wre lucky man.
