Could you tell is there was some over medication or wrong medication (may be to you when pregnant with the son) that could have caused this? Chandra the karaka for mind and Mercury the karaka for intelligence are both in the 8th, so there could also be some hereditary linkage here may be with maternal lineage. Mercury is the Lagna lord in 8th and should have given robust health but being in enemy Moon's navamsha rasi is considerably weakened. 8th house Chandra generally tells that the child has problems till about 8 years of age, after which things can improve. Chandra is afflicted by rahu in navamsha besides the blemish in rasi chart and is bereft of paksha bala. I am sorry I can not give much help, but you may like to use an emerald ring and also find out from some Ayurveda consultant if Mauktika bhasma could help for Autism. The logic is to improve the strength of Moon, Mercury and thereby the mind as well as intelligence to make it more discriminatory and capable of focusing better. If u want a number,well,lets say '6'. He was born at 13:28 hrs in UK,meaning it would be 18:58hrs in India that time. This is my view as a doctor in Paediatrics.I am not learned enough to comment on planets-sorry.
