I will use Parasara's method in PVR Narasimha raoji's book - The

method of three pairs.

 

This individual has Thula Lagna

 

Pair 1: Lagna Lord and 8th lord used for Rudra Calculation

Lagna Lord is Shukra, 8th Lord used for Rudra Calculation is again Shukra

Shukra is in Thula (his own house) which is movable rasi.

Movable+Movable gives long life

 

Pair 2: Moon and Saturn

Moon is in Karka which is movable rasi. Shani is also in Karka which

is movable rasi. Movable + Movable is long life

 

Pair 3: Lagna and Horalagna

Lagna is in Libra which is movable rasi. Horalagna is in Virgo which

is dwishbhava/dual rasi.

Movable+dual is short life.

 

As per 3 pairs method, 2 pairs indicate long life and 1 pair indicate

short life. So the net result is long life (72 to 96 years) - We can

take this person has good ayu as per this method.

 

Now let us try Jaimini's 8th lord method

 

Lagna is in thula and 8th is vrishabha. Thula is stronger rasi and so

we take it as reference (has more planets in it than Vrishabha).

8th lord is venus which is in Libra - Libra is a quadrant from lagna -

so this indicates long life.

 

So both methods are indicating long life.

 

Again, pls. note that fixing longevity is a very complex thing and

even great astrologers have gone wrong! I have followed the method

given by the PVR ji in his book

Dear Kiran Ji,

 

Namaskaar, He is my relative, he has been a sports man with 130 KG of

weight and 6.2 " height. He used to visit hospitals to serve people,

as he was doing good in student politics.

 

He is murderred in 10'th June 2004 around 9:35 pm - 10:15 pm, last

week only his father gave me his horoscope to know the reasons and

what type of people killed him.

 

I m aware of normal methods of fixing the longevity but none of them

seemed to be working in this case, in fact, the problem with

astrology is, we dont check our methods against reality, when sth

happens we try to justify the methods by twist and turns.

 

Only one thing explains in this case and that is involvement of Rahu

and 12'th lord. even 64'th navamsha method doesnt explain.

 

I m happy that u r using PVR's book, luckily he has become my friend.

Thanks for calling me and asking me to participate in this purticular discussion .

here even tho this is a post mortem analysis and generaly when confronted the professional or ameture astrologers will see from dasa running now and they wil never see this problems .

 

Now u hav already revealed and we know that this person is No more .

To ascertain longitivity i can disclose one technic to the group and even b4 also i write some grps even 3 mnths backs this techniq ,and its used by old pundits in kerala as a snap shot method to find ayus .

 

Its known as strenght of 3 navamsa lords ruled by 64 navamasa lord .see who is 64th navamsa lord from lagna ,from moon and sun ,as this is tripod of a chart ,even those who consider sudarshan chakra they are using it as 3 lagnas and then progression to arrive at the death period or various other periods .

so if u find this planets then see how they r in navamsa and where is it ,see thier strenght if one lord is strong then ayu may be lower ,if 2 middle and if 3 is in good amsas then u can see longer categary ,its only a snap shot method and working in most of the cases .

 

Now coming to this chart .

Let us see longitivity tru this method .

see from lagna 64th navamsa lord is mercury and from moon is mars and from sun is sun itself .

 

only mercury is exalted and own house and mars and sun is in satru rasi ,so its a case of alpayu categary which is roughly 32 years .

Now let us see ny planets dasa which is 64th navamsa said lords and 22nd navamsa lords from moon or lagna is operating in dasas and any planet is in Mrityu bhaga .And also see their amsa position from rasi chart .

 

22nd drekkana lord from lagna and moon according to parasari is saturn and saturn is in mrityu bhaga also.

so dasa operating for him at the time of demise was mercury --rahu and pratyantara of saturn .

 

Now see mercury is 9th and 12th lord who can giv both results and positioned in a dustana tho mild 3rd house .

Now esp for libra lagna ,the lagna lord itself is 8th lord (also for aries ) but libra i find tru experience very special .

 

so merucry is in venus nakshatra ,venus is both lagna and 8th lord and with rahu ,so rahu can giv both results .

Now see prathyantar sat has deadly traits tho he is yoga karaka for lagna .

 

In navamsa also merc and sat is 12th house and rahu is in 8th house from rasi chart lagna ,which is libra ,its know as rasi tulya navamsa technic .Yes here merc is in own house but see antara and prathyantara lords has all the triats for a untimely devise .

 

this is my findings in a nut shell

If we serch in classics some dictums suitable for this charts untimely death can be find out ,but lacking logic and a student need to master it all in by heart way ,so i always discard those dictums .

 

Now its readers and students to find and expand this methods .

Always planets in MB (mrityu baaga is dangerous ,for eg sri amitabh bachan had deadly accident during sub sub of sun who was MB and even latest disease was during again sun period which has telecasted in TV some 7 or 8months back )

Dear Lalit,

 

I applied method in PVRji's book and as evidenced by the fact, this

method did not work.

 

I will get back when I find another way of analysis of longevity

Dear sunil nair ,

 

I accept ur reading ,but still why major dasa lord is not indicating this and planetary combinations are not indicating a alpayu chart .Though 64th navamsa is indicating a short life .

Dear Lalit,

 

I see Rahu conjoining the lagna lord Venus in lagna and in transit is

is in the 8th in Papakartari. Rahu conjoining Lagna lord does indicate

some problems to health through either intoxicants or thieves and Mars

in the 8th could indicate a violent death. But this is only an analysis

after the fact are known.

Namskaar, Yes you did a great work, Thanx a lot for point to point

analysis of the death, you have revealed rarely known methods also

which will help both students and professionals of vedic astrology.

last night after ur phone call, I did read 2 books, in fact, i spent

whole night reading books -

 

1. Hora Shatak 2. Panchaadhyaee.

 

Both the books, explains what u have already written in the group.

I w'd request you to shed some light on the mode of the death also.

as police has closed the file of this case stating it was a suicidal

death.

 

When i see the horoscope, it looks similar to horoscope of Adolf

Hitler. A horoscope with enough strength.

 

This guy was not so bad, he was bad for the bad people, somewhat like

me and was always guided by 2 astrologers and one tantrik guru. but

none of them could save his life, even, nobody could warn him.

 

before his death, he came to meet me, around 6:30 PM, i was not

there, i though guessed he might be in danger, thought i w'd call him

by the night, but, I forgot calling him in the night, neithter i

could meet nor i could talk to him. i had great ego in me that time

that i can ask the god to change the fate, that ego got ended with

his death.
