In this case I can say that it is the aggravation of tridosh and Virechan, Shirodhara will give good results. Although patient can use Bramhi ghrit 1 tablespoon ful three times a day, as it has a very good effect in nervous breakdown. But the panchkarma (virechan and shaman) needs to be done by a specialist. She can do Shirodhara with Jotishmati Tail, the procedure is very simple and same as we do Rudrabhishek.
