Dear Sunita,Here are some of my observations. I have gone through your friend's horo.1. For job prospects, the 10th Lord Sat is Retrograde, placed in 6th H and making relation with 5th H, responsible for making changes in job.2. Her immediate senior is represented by Mercury who is conjoined by Sun. Due to Retrograde Mars, upto Ist Feb.08, she is having problems from her immediate senior. Dear Sunita,

Jupiter should move to Capricorn by December 12th of 2008 or so and

Mars should move to Cancer by April 27th or thereabouts.
