Example of Spirituality @ Work Place with Astrology

Dear Group,

I have another example of true and active spirituality that gives u strength at work place, u know i have got an independant nature, having liberty of thoughts is the first key achievement of being spiritual, dont be slave to any ritual, to any school and to any person in life, when u have reached ur liberty, automotaically u will be a follower of the truth and will begin acting in line with those who are in truth.

Well, in my office, they all started realizing my radiance and feeling jealous of, it's their weak mind that traps them to what they are, they started feeling why i m different than them all, yes, they can be like me, but it's their own choice that they dont be like me.

So to their wonder, i m taken into 3 committes (2 managerial and 1 technical), I was asked to submit my reports individualy, i had to study the projects of other managers which they didnt like...

In my project also i was said to keep a track of the follow up, one crusial point, my project has become a key project of my company, in my department one person who is a DGM, is seen to have pulsating leadership and 2 other DGMs are put under him, he kept watching me and my activities, when i reminded everybody including him about one technical point that they were missing, he got irritated, he was too full of his ego coz of recent power handed over to him...

I was out of the office, he decided to blow me out believing everybody else are just dwarf before him and he is 3 ranks above me, and as i have no God Father in my department so he thought one threatenning will be enough ...

he called my boss the AGM and another manager, they all 3 sat togather and concluded to call me in a meeting .. i got a phone call.

when i came, they called me in a isolated room, the moment i entered into meeting room, the DGM started shouting in cold voice, asked "Lalit, it's you who is reminding us that point, do u want to do my job ...", I said - "Yes, I reminded you coz i was told to remind, and i dont think i did anything so wrong".

His pitch weant so high, He said I never call people like this unless something is very wrong, you are advicing your Boss and Boss to Boos and even to boss to boss to boss ..", i was cool it was new to me hear like that ..

I said - " I think ur perception is wrong.., pls. take it in right perspective".

Now, he reached his climax, he started threatenning to me, saying "I will leave u for this ..... and will not leave for this ....., i m safeguarding u... i know people ... i know ur caliber ... etc... and i advice to improve ur relations ... and bla blaaa...".

I was silent, thinking how fool this man is, he thinks i will get scared of his indecent behavior....

Seeing me silent and not reacting, his irritation was inflating with more confidence..., he said further, you are no one to suggest anything to us ... at the same time, he said he needs people who can work like a team..

I was smiling .. I asked him , can u repeat what u just said ... he repeated, then i asked him to understand what he was speaking ... now he was not in him, he restarted saying same thing and now to allure me, he said he wants people to grow and work with him ..

i was smiling, my smiling face was an object of irritation to him .. it was strange for him to see a man who doesnt fear .... as he was supposed to be most powerful man of the department ... he said something more and finally suggested me to take everything positively, an old management funda .... when he saw i m still smiling .. he said, "do u think i m a kid, i m not ...", I replied to him - "I know u r not a kid, but pls. dont forget that i m also not a kid.., and i take positive things posiotively and negative things negatively"..

the meeting was over .. after then i went to attend another session on knowledge transfer, he went to other DGMs and AGMs to tell how it was easy for him to fire me ..

After my knowledge transfer session ended, friends and colleagues started asking what happened in the meeting with that DGM ..

I finished my work and then I had time to think what to do, should i give a right reply to him, a learning session or keep silence to wait for a right time or just forget this event like others do ...

I saw my details upto sukschhma dasha level (365 days) : it was Ketu/Sat/Venus/Sat : the result was " deep anguish , great loss, defeat , death of some elderly person in family ...".

365 days system gives me accurate results, Sat is the lord of 11'th and 12'th placed in 3'rd house, venus is the lord of 3rd ad 8'th house placed in 4'th house, ketu is in 5'th house along with mercury the lord of 4'th and 7'th house .. so all combinations are maaraka combinations... should i compromise with situation ..

Astrology was saying horrible things .., now, they are 3 managers togather, astrology saying bad time, then what a sadhaka should do, - "No, I cant, otherwise, how i will set up examples before the world ..."

Well, thinking my cource of action, i approach the Mother Goddess, like always she smiled, gave green signal to me to go ahead, i want to tell u this, this is the result of sadhana, result of spirituality when mother guides you, I dont know much philosphy but i know this sort of easy spirituality..

Ok, I got ready, I did write to that DGM, "Dear Vasu, I m equally confident, honest and devoted to my work like u and ur behavior is deeply hurting to me, i w'd like to ask you what is the base to question my contribution as u have never been in my reporting cycle, how can u speak like that when u have no right inputs.. ... " further i said - " i discourage perception based judgements and i dont allow any body to hit my self respect unprofessionally, pls. mind it what i m saying.."

I said further - "I m rated outstanding in 2006-07 and m sure that i will get same outstanding rating this year also.. , I dont think this data processing part of the application was ever too complex as the impression u people have, mine is a technical solution oriented approach and all what i know is we have to make a easy workable product to hand over to finance by fixing the operational gaps, and to let u know, my career depends solely on me and i dont need any safeguarding from any body".

my team members were stunning .. how a man at my level can hit a supremo like him, thew didnt believe that, but i said to them "Jo aadmai nahi darta .. use daraana nahi chahiye .., he should know it"

Next morning, i got his soft mail, saying "I respect people like u and want to see such people growing .., st with me to sort out difference .."

So, he was changed how .... he realized, he can be answered and may be threatened to that what next i will do, first time he found a person who can stand upto him, when i was leaving the office, he called me for a discussion, I denied said - " i have no time and i m going on leave .. now i could see his wrinkled face.. Lalit, when u r coming back ..," I smiled and said - 27'th..

Oh, pls take care ..., i said, i will do that and will sit with u ...", i said within me , even if i dont care me, there is my mother to care me as she promised to me 8 yrs back when i was in Bhopal..

I think, I will tell him - "You have raised questions on ur leadership, make urself acceptable and be more logical to analyze things properly... I will also let him know that i m not taking up the matter further just to safeguard him"....

See, this is a kind of flavor that spirituality gives to you and only spirituality can give to you, coz, when u r in trouble, no one in the world can tell u what to do .. this power comes to you through the sadhana by mother's blessings.
