Dear Lalit, and Sugndha:

Sugndha has every 'merit' to continue in the group even if she doesn't add anything to it. Your whiphand holding is fine when it comes to nuisance members, or those who breach 'maryada'. The rest are fine as long as they read and benefit. You can't keep the 'saurav' of the the posts reaching Sugandha, for example.

Sugandha, you are welcome to stay on. Do try to comply with Lalit's stipulations, which are none too demanding.

Lalit, take it easy, and sweeter be.
