Dear Visti, Again I think you are way off the mark on this one, What has his marriage got to do with a change in his spirituality?

 

Visti: Look at where the Neecha banga of Mercury and Jupiter happens.

 

His Mercury is not the important spiritual planet for this chart, neither is Upapada in the 9th house nor is the Atmakaraka lording the Upadapa. The spiritual significations are not revolving around the Upapada. In other words the Upapada is not going to activate any spirituality. Marriage may bring fortune due to Srimantah yoga.

Visti: Ok you are saying that the 9th house, lord and AK have nothing todo with spirituality? What are you saying?

These are not yogas for spirituality per se, these are planetary placements that decide his inner nature, and that inner nature indicated by the navamsa is able to surface strongly due to the connection between the rasi and navamsa, this connection is brought about by the AK Sun being vargottama. This takes place in the most important trine, 9th house. It is a very obvious part of his life. So at no stage is his spirituality going to be in question for this chart. It will be of a very high order. The indications are that of a man who does not stray from the path.

Visti: I have AK in 9th house and Vargottama. Thou i'm flattered by your statement i can assure you that its wrong. This placement means that the native will have the HIGHEST respect for their spiritual guide, and hence Guru! If the Guru is not there the native will not have the traits that you talk of at all. Now look at 9th lord and see when the Guru comes. My 9th lord is in 11th house joined Shani - Jyotish (11th) and this is in a traditional parampara(Shani).

 

Now if you look, this persons 9th lord is in the 7th house in Gulika Shastyamsa and in a Guru-mangala Yoga. No doubt the spirituality is potentially high, but its debilitated in Capricorn and will not rise with its full power until after marriage - 7th house. Do not underestimate the debilitation factor here.

Take note of the conjunction of UL and A7 in both rasi and navamsa, what conclusion can you draw from this? It does not tally with your suggestion that spirituality increases after marriage.

Visti: Spiritually doesn't mean celibacy and celibacy doesn't mean spirituality.

Leaving all this aside and coming back to the original purpose of my question to Sanjay Guru, yes I know the Maharishis speak of many indicators but there is only one I am curious about, the badhakesh. I hope Sanjay Guru can throw some light on its involvement if any.

Visti: Let me give it a try: The Badhakesh shows what promisses you have broken towards the specific deitiy in the past life and this results in the punishment in this life. Now Venus or Mahalakshmi usually does not indicate fires as we worship her in the lamp holding the Agni Stambhana Mantra, which keeps fires under control. In this chart Venus being Badhakesh and 4th lord shows that he didn't keep this promise and as a result the Grama Devata (4th lord) is angry. As this happens in Aries, and under a papakartari Yoga this confirms the trouble.

Now if you look at the present D-20 (please ensure its rectified) the 4th lord is Mars joined Venus in Aries. This confirms that the Grama Devata is the same as in the past life and he must appease her. Advise a Dasakshari Mantra for Laxmi... note that Venus is Paraspara Karaka for Jupiter and Mars.

 

Now the fire accident has allready happened and occured during Moon-Rahu-Venus/Sun Dasa, and the place of the scar is seen from Sun & Rahu's placement/rasi dristi. They both have Rasi dristi on the 2nd from Moon, hence facial area.
