Dear Skanda, Visti and sanjay,

Thanks for your quick reply to my query. I saw the file hora.pdf in

the file section of this egroup, contains the discussions on hora

between Pt Sanjay and Sri Narasimha re: geo-specific vs. quantified.

 

What is the final answer re: hora is location specific or quantified

(= 1 hour)?
