No shadripu out here, > not even in the sixth house?? This is what I wanted to ask you. I was hoping you would say something about it. <<<<drisya/adrisya explanation>>>> > I really didn't get the idea of incorporating this in shadripu. I did not start with the idea of incorporating drisya/adrisya. I started with the idea of finding houses afflictions to which result in respective ripus. For example, 7th is supposed to stand for kama. Malefics in the 8th give anger (krodha). Benefics in 9th make one charitable and afflictions there can make one a lobhi. Thus I identified a key house for each shadripu. Then I ended up with houses from 7th to 12th. > Did you mean visible and hidden shadripu? If so, then you are 100% > right. The sins that are hidden are in the adrusya sign while those > that are in drusya sign shall be visible/ others get to know of it. It makes sense. > Of course where to start counting the houses from in this context > is another issue. Kindly clarify what exactly you mean! > Best Wishes > Sanjay Rath Your sishya, Narasimha PS: Does the meaning of drisya/adrisya halves of the zodiac apply to divisional charts too?
